Store Hours

Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Saturday - 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM  (May-September Only)

Rental Reservations

We recommend making a reservation to ensure the item is available.

Pick-Up Schedule for early morning or late afternoon. Subject to availability.

Time Half Day = Four Hours Day = Eight Hours Full Day = 24 Hours Please plan accordingly based on store hours. Subject to availability

8 hour engine meter limit per full day rental on all large equipment

Return Check your contract for the correct return time and date.

Extending Rental Contract Please contact us as early as possible if you need to keep an item longer or plan to return early than the initial contract states. Subject to availability. Refunds will not be given unless notice is given.  

Cleaning Please return item clean to avoid minimum of $20.00 cleaning charge for small equipment. $50.00 for large equipment.

Four Stroke Gasoline Engines Use non-ethanol. Rental equipment will have a full tank - we ask you to fill it or pay for fuel at return.

Two Stroke Mixed Gasoline Engines Use non-ethanol with correct ratio of oil mix. We sell pre-mixed by the gallon with a rental item. Rental equipment will have a full tank - we ask you to fill it or pay for fuel at return.

Diesel Engines Please use fresh filtered on-road diesel. We sell this here if needed. Rental equipment will have a full tank - we ask you to fill it or pay for fuel at return.


Terms and Conditions

Please see your contract for all details.

Insurance Check with your insurance company on your home/auto/contractor policy for rental coverage details.

Damage Waiver Not included on rental items. Proof of additional insurance may be required. Refundable security deposits are required.

Trailers/Towing Confirm with your auto policy you have coverage towing. All vehicles must be rated for weight and have working lights and brakes.

Payments We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Payment is due at pick-up. A credit card may be required with cash or check payment.

Contract A signed contract is required at time of rental and must be in the person(s) name responsible for the item and payment.

Equipment Cancellation A minimum of 48 hour notice is required for pick-up items. A minimum of 72 hour notice is required for delivered items. Fees will be incurred based on item reserved.

Event Cancellation Cancellation by the specified date on contract will result in loss of non-refundable deposit(s). If after date, a 50% fee of that item rental rate may incur. Changes made to contract must be done three weeks prior to event date.


Deliveries

Our team travels in the Greater Ellsworth, Mount Desert Island and eastern Maine area. Please make a reservation and provide detail instructions on the delivery location. Give us a call for an estimated delivery rate!
